On my S10 pulling the fuse did not help. There was a little black ball on the dash, I took that out and put a resistor on it, that disable the DRLs.

Thanks for the idea man, I actually went out a few minutes ago, and tried the fuse again, and apparently earlier I did pull the one above it. I got it now though. Thanks again
