Need help with deciding wheel size

White truck is a 98 suburban my dad just picked up. He wants to go with bigger tires (he jas stock size atm) . He is thinking 31s.

The blue truck is mine. Its sittinf on 31x10.5s. I think he needs to go with 33s

I'm sorry do you want wheel size or tire size?

I like 32s on a stock suspension, that's what I have with 18 inch wheels (unless you're going for wheels that GM sold on their newer body style trucks like I did, I wouldn't go with rims that big)
