Need advice on exhaust

So I wanted to raise my pipes up then turns out my leaf springs are in the way as I have no access to a welder or anything like that. Should I cut them free the exhaust or what?

I cut mine off and turned them down after axle, if you would do that there's most likely gonna be some drone

Ummmm any type of saw, but it's gonna take you a while

Yeah... Maybe I'll go borrow a reciprocating saw. Will that work?
