need advice on a bed and cab not lining up

i bought a 93 truck that was wrecked, who ever worked on it did some good body work but the cab and bed is out of alignment, maybe one inch or so. what would be the proper method to line them back up. the frame is not bent, i already took it to a front end alignment shop to have that checked. thanks
