My ccsb with the 5.7 doesn't have the pusher fan despite having an 80E. Maybe it's a 7.4 thing? I really dunno.

Good question, cause I'm pretty sure my crew cab doesn't have this fan(but it's not a 7.4 either, just a 5.7). Seems like it'd be a good thing to have though, especially if you are in a lot of traffic when it's warmer weather.

You guys are excellent examples, what side are your trans coolers on?

So, just finished with going back into the timing set on the Burb, because I forgot the stupid loctite.... :doh2::banghead:
Decided to go ahead and install the Cloyes Cam gear while I was there and get the extra couple degrees of advance. I didn't expect it to be that difficult to turn the cam, but I guess that makes sense with the amount of spring pressure from the valvetrain. Now to put the oil pan back on.

Got the old steering gear and pump out, and the new PSC box in. Along with the @Cunningham Machine steering shaft. Progress being made!

Curious how the PSC box will perform. The red truck is waiting in the wings for a whole new front end and I couldn't decide between a reman steering box or coughing up for a new one.

I'll let you know as soon as I have this girl going again, with a few miles on her.
