Also had put glue on the underside over the cracks.

Since it started raining and chilly, in the process of sanding the glue patches down. That is gonna take a while as the glue doesn't sand easily and the housing is getting sanded by the process. Once done with use wet/dry 400 grit to smooth it and then a coat of black paint

Still thinking of options on the headliner. First thing is... it does need to come out. Then may keep the nekkid look and add a shelve it unit. Or may get the speaker liner with radio mount location. That is abs and can be painted if desired.
