Milage Results Are In For The K3500 7.4

OK, so the first milage check on my 1997 K3500 4X4 dually was 7.8. Ouch!

Since then I replaced the EGR valve, ran cleaner through the tank etc.

Today after 3/4's of a tank of good non-ethanol gas the MPG is at 9! I am happy to see an increase.

WE have a ways to go. Full tune up is next then a few more MPG checks then we will add the Black Bear computer to finish it all off!

The couple times I've checked mine empty was 10.7 if you want a measuring stick.

02 sensors are on order. We'll see what that does.
