I've inherited a hack job of wiring the maf sensor. It's basically a red wire tucked under a fuse.
Can anyone tell me what the proper way is of hooking the MAF sensor electrical?
Anything would help, pictures, diagrams, or just type it out.
Thanks!

Have you looked in the service manual electrical section eight?

I've looked at the wiring diagrams, and I'm still lost.

Obviously ,someone jumped power to a circuit for some reason. I'd begin investigating starting at the MAF pigtail. Assuming this set-up actually works. It could be neatened up.

Black/white = ground
Pink = 12V feed via ENG -1 mini fuse (in under hood relay centre)
Yellow = signal output.
