Lifted truck door handle ideas... any input appreciated.

I saw a couple trucks with the f-150 handles in your dually thread, and i was trying to figure out where they came from, but man do they look better than the nbs handles.

I prefer the flush fit of our stock handles but if I had to change it up I would use a set of colormatched F150 handles.

Pull cable in the fenderwells so you dont even have to use it anymore?

Sorry for the massive bump, but does anyone have any pictures of a GMT400 with f150 handles?
