your math is a little off, if you're dividing 350 by 8 then you're getting the VOLUME of an individual cylinder, not the bore....its easier to work forwards with this than it is backwards. I posted the formula on the first page, but here's some calculations:

pi*(r)^2*h = volume of a cylinder * 8 = cid of the engine

4.00 Bore, 3.48 stroke:
pi*(2.00)^2*3.48*8 = 349.8 cid = a stock 350

4.030 bore, 3.48 stroke:
pi*(2.015)^2*3.48*8 = 355.1 cid

4.060 bore, 3.48 stroke:
pi*(2.030)^2*3.48*8 = 360.4 cid

so 0.030 over is a 355, where 0.060 over is a 360.
