Not much progress today. I worked overtime this week and it is warm and humid today, so I wasn't feeling particularly motivated. I cleaned the internal transfer case parts and placed the individual parts in slider bags, seeking to make the reassembly process as easy as possible for the transmission shop. I also installed new GM oil cooler lines.

I’ve been looking at some fittings to try and figure out how to run our oil cooler lines in AN hose.

Also not much progress on my end either. Been assembling the engine, everything is time consuming.

Once these start leaking (hopefully not for many years), I plan to do the same.

The details take time. The final stretch of my project is also proving time-consuming.

PSA: DO NOT tighten your oil cooler fittings to specification (18 foot pounds). Damage is likely to result, even if you have first started the fittings by hand and snugged them with a wrench. I'll be calling the radiator shop on Monday to determine if they can replace these fittings.

Installed the transmission cooler lines this afternoon. Unlike yesterday, everything went smoothly. Does anyone know the part number for the clips that hold the lines together (see first photograph below)? I'm missing one.

I just missed you on that. I saw some sketchy reviews from Zip-Corvette and then found this. Try to cancel maybe?
