interior lights linked???

ok so on my 95 suburban i had to remove the passanger side visor with mirror and lights in it, now my alarm shows i have a door open and all the courtesy lights dont come on when i open the door....is this because i unpluged the visor????

You might want to check and make sure a fuse didn't blow.

Visor lights are separate from the door pins. I think they share the same battery + circuit.

I will check alldata and see.

The visors as far as I know are the same 12v+ circuit. Alldata doesnt show the visors. But all interior lighting from overhead console to courtesy lights share the same 12v+.
