Installing 95-02 C3500HD door handles on 99 tahoe

I've seen that the 95-02 C3500HD came with the handles that you cam grab from up or down, the new style handles.

I'm sure that both lock and open rods are different, not sure if keyhole.

Also BTW those handles started appearing on HD's in 1994, so you can expand your search a little bit.
