Idle issues resolved But noticed something dusturbing...

So I've been having idle issues and decided to pull my Throttle body.

Well here's what I saw

So after 2 cans of carb cleaner and a toothbrush here's how she turned out:

Looks good huh? Best of all is it runs a whole helluva lot better!

Here's what concerns me however; Here's what the inside of the Intake Manifold looks like:

How do I clean that out? I've SeaFoam'd before and didn't get a whole lot of difference in idle before.
What else can I do to clean the intake?

pull it apart. anything external will cause that **** to go right in the engine... and you don't want that.

x2 on pulling it apart. When i did intake gaskets I scrubbed everything out.

I love seafoam, but I also never have dumped it into the air intake, as I don't trust chunks of stuff having the possibility of passing through the valve sealing area and combustion chambers.
