Hello. Anyone out there maybe can solve why my 1994 350 is literally eating IACs. Have put 5 in it, the last one lasting only a few days before starting to throw code again. Thanks for your time.

Did the calibration minus the rpm check and seem to work for the IAC.
That's why you need to do the RPM check or the ECM will keep trying to drop the idle but can't because your min stop keeps it too high. That will burn up the IAC stepper motor.

Did you calibrate your throttle body according to these instructions? They say if you don't the IAC will bottom out and ruin the stepper motor.

Just a question why does your link go to a rv website? I was trying to refresh my memory on setting the IAC and tried the link but it has something to do with RV's
