Did the calibration minus the rpm check and seem to work for the IAC. Now getting intermittent EGR code. Thanks for the info though.Did you calibrate your throttle body according to these instructions? They say if you don't the IAC will bottom out and ruin the stepper motor.

That's why you need to do the RPM check or the ECM will keep trying to drop the idle but can't because your min stop keeps it too high. That will burn up the IAC stepper motor.Did the calibration minus the rpm check and seem to work for the IAC.
