i need to install transmission lines in my 4l80e, do i have to pull it out?

i just did a swap and i didnt install the transmission lines into the side of the tranny. Do I have to pull it out and install then ?

here is what i did

1. pull apart the line and the threaded tap thing. this hose actually plugs into the threaded tap thing. I didnt know this
2. install the clip to the threaded tap thing
3. take a 20mm socket for the big line and stuff a paper towel or something to keep the crap out of the line
5. hand tighten the threaded tap thingy
6. then use the socket wrench and you better have one of those high click count ones or you will be there all day since you dont have much more to move the socket wrench.

repeat for the smaller line using a 19 mm socket.

then just pop in the line and it clips in place

I was gonna say cut a chunk of your floor out in the trans tunnel but seems like you figured it out.
