Hey Guys,

I hope that I'm posting in the right spot. I heard this thumping that sounded like it was coming from under the glove box. The thumping stopped when I turned off the ac max button. It then started again and then quit on it's own. It only happens when the ac is on. Any ideas? Thanks.

Yep,it's the A/C re-circulate/outside air blend door motor.Guess what? You get to replace it.For now you can unplug the connector and it will stop ''flapping'' but it'll stay in that position.BTW,it's to the left and slightly behind the blower motor.Happened to me last year.

Here's a partial pic of it.It will fit in the palm of your hand.

It sounds just like that. Thank you all so much! I don't know what I would do without this site and all of you.
