I finally decided to go with a local company we use at work.I wanted to keep it pretty similar to the factory look. Please excuse the dash I broke the radio panel trying to get to the blend door actuator. I'm waiting on the replacement.

What did you have to do to get the speakers to fit with those panels or do you have a thread on it

Nothing special, cut a hole in the door, cut a hole in the panel and used a trim ring to take up the space between the door and the panel. I don't have any pictures. I believe I read a post here to get an idea of what had to be done.
