I put one on my 90 last year. it does help a little. I mainly notice it when on the highway. gave me about 1-2 MPG more. but to really benefit from it do what I did take the base of your air cleaner and cut the hole to to almost the same size of the bowl for a better airflow.

x2 I put one on when I did the tbi spacer, it does help some tho.

I had to unscrew my air cleaner stud one turn to make up for the height difference.
Only had it on a few days...
I made my fuel pressure regulator adjustable and bumped up the pressure a little bit when I put it on.
I can't tell which of the two made the most difference.
Pulls hills much easier now, use to struggle a bit and kick down a gear.
If I notice a difference in MPG I will be really happy.
