How much fluid to buy?

I want to change the filter on my 1996 4L60E. How much fluid am I going to need to refill it?

Thanks, I changed it yesterday and only had about a half gallon come out... It looked like it was leaking from the gasket and the bolts were barely tight.

Changed the filter and filled it up, works great now...
