I ran a 212° / 218° on a 114 LSA for emissions with 10.5:1 compression. Running EGR and a single cat, NOx and CO were well under spec. Only problem is I failed hydrocarbons because for whatever reason my brand new stroker burned oil from day one. The less overlap, the better for emissions. If you decide to run the 216° / 224° and it gives you ugly numbers, you can raise the idle a bit and give it a couple degrees of timing and it should clean it up. Good luck!
