High long term fuel trim

My long term fuel trim on bank 2 is 25%+ but bank 1 is 0 to .8 how do I fix this? The truck is a 99 c1500 with the vortec 350 need help guys please any insight is greatly appreciated!

I've never had this issue myself but it sounds like bank 2 isn't getting enough fuel so it's adding A LOT. You must also have a CEL.

One culprit could be a plugged poppet on your fuel spider. If one poppet was plugged, one cylider might not be getting enough fuel causing your LTFTs to be way off.

Have you replaced the factory CSFI stock fuel spider with an upgrade MPFI spider?

We did this yeaterday, it had been done probably about 6 years ago, still no change its not running super rich anymore but still popping through the exhaust.
