header leak?

Fellers, got a lq4 swap (23k miles) w/ DG headers that has kept leaking (small tick sound). I’ve machined down headers in case it was warped, replaced gaskets, and it always comes back after a few days of driving. I’ve replaced bolts as well?? Is this a head issue? Appreciate the help

Do you re-tourqe/tighten them again a few times after a few heat cycles? That's what I had to do my headers years back. Same when changing the pipes on my Harley.
