Has anyone colormatch their side molding?

Had this idea in mind for ages, Just curious on how it would look, has it been done?

It's a plasticy, nylon, sorta stuff. Seems to me, dye would work best, but done before installation onto the truck.

Try white plasti dip.

I would try this.

It's easy to use and you can always take it off later.
