It's one of the two in that first link I sent, either 22188145 or 15113134. I would crawl under the truck and look at what you have and compare it to the images on that page.

I'd say that's just a mistake by whoever typed the part description on GM Parts Direct. Wholesale GM Parts Online says it will fit a 4.3L application.
