This may have been addresses multiple times but my keyword search skills must be lacking. Anyway, I've replaced both the driver and passenger sides multiple times with ACDelco sweeps, and they always end up warping. I've gone through about five sets over the past 8yrs. The rear sweeps are holding up fine. Is there a trick to installing them so they don't do this? The front end locks down under the mirror housing and I thought the other end meets the door frame. Brand new they have a good friction fit so I don't use adhesive, but after a while they act like shrinky ***** and warp. The truck doesn't get shade where it's parked and faces South since I have to park it on the street.

I got the fairchild branded ones on rockauto and they have held up fine for a year in the California sun.

They are probably all basically the same though.
