freeway vibrations

well guys i get a bad vibration at about 60mph on the freeway lessens if i go faster but is kind of still there but the worst at about 60. i dropped my driveshaft about a year ago diving on the freeway but i had it rebalanced and new u joints installed. its almost constant vibration like every 1 second but fades and comes back every second or half of one. i have no idea what it could be. doesn't feel like it is from the steering wheel. any ideas?

A out-of-balance tire is probably the most likely culprit
