Escalade gauge cluster problem

Hey y’all, just picked a 120mph gauge cluster out of a first gen Escalade, anyone know how a fix for these pins, press a solder iron against it maybe?

What’s wrong with them?

A couple of the bottom ones aren’t flush with the plastic paper like the others

If it were mine, I’d slap it in and address it if there’s an issue. The pins in the dash should hold them pretty tight.

If it were mine and there was an issue, I’d slap a tiny dab of super glue under them them clean the exposed portions with a cotton swab and alcohol.

Welp I ****** up, was putting oil into my fuel stepper motor, about to put in another bit and then oil shot all over my gauge cluster. Does anyone know any tips to remove it from the plastic face
