New fuel filter, and maybe try an injector cleaner into the tank.

I've had good results with Marvel Mystery Oil in the gas tank. Much cheaper than the other options too.

Don't really know what it is but it doesn't seem any different to any other 'cleaner'.
I used it a couple years back when my fuel pump was screaming and it quietened it right down. I still use it once in a while and I can barely hear the fuel pump lately.

It says how to use it on the bottle. It was less than $4 at walmart for a bottle to treat 80 gallons. I've put a couple of them through my truck over the past couple years.

I just put it in once in a while, 1 or 2 times a year maybe. Normally only when I'm going to completely fill the tank which isn't often. I have it in my tank right now and my fuel pump has quietened down to where I can barely hear it. I've actually been worrying about it it's so quiet!

I remember hearing my fuel pump all the time lol. Grew use to it.
