How do install the trans dipstick on a 94 suburban

I was in a rush better ones soon is it just a grommet and it pushes in

Really guessing here without more info but the dipstick tube does simply push into a grommet in the transmission case, but what keeps it from popping out is there's a bracket on the tube that attaches at one of the bellhousing-to-engine bolts.

Thanks rich I ordered a grommet engine install was going so nice till a saw a floppy dip stick tube
