Don't think there would be a frame difference, maybe steering, but not frames. Heck I used a 96 Yukon body parts to convert my 98 Chevy to a GMC and everything worked just fine. Plus I have a 93 GMC diesel truck bumper that fits just perfect. So I would think if you can interchange parts that much frames would too.
