Defrost trouble

Yes on your photo the left the little silver arm doesn't move but the other one does

Oh ok, looks like they changed the actuator for the later years. They should operate the same. You can try removing the actuator and see if the defrost damper turns freely or if you can break it loose if stuck. The links are connected the tab on the shaft of the (white) lower floor damper. They just slide over the tab and can be taken off. That lower damper has a keyed shaft that the actuator attaches to.

I got it to open thanks for the advice. I just oiled it and but a little soapy water down defrost vents ill leave it there now for winter months lol
