If you replace the power steering gear box, make sure to not by one from your local part stores. They are remans and more than likely bad out of the box. I recently got one and will probably swap it with a redhead.

Mine is just as bad, if not worse than the one i took off. Whats brand is blue top?

Interesting website. Its gives a price of $270.00 until you click on it to add to cart and the price changes to $420.00. I assume the 2nd price is without the core but I didn't hang around to find out.
