i don't think i'd buy one that started out as a reg cab, the couple i've seen tend to sag...

As long as there's no sag now, I would buy it. That's a sharp looking truck. Looks clean from the pics on there.

I've seen a few around here,the ones I've see are sagging in the center.Two 2wds and a 4wd.

It is my understanding that all the Centurion truck's started life as regular cab's, and like others have said every one of them that I have seen sags in the middle, and a lot of them crack where the frame is extended. That is why I stretch ext. cab frames for all the crew cab swaps that I do. Not to mention the thinner gauge steel that the regular cab frames are built from to start with.
