CCSB Info Wanted

Looking for info on OBS crew cab short box trucks.

1. What years were they available?
2. Were they only available as 2500/3500s?
3. Were they available in Silverado trim? Leather, consoles, power accessories, etc.

I believe they were mostly available in 97-00 OBS. From what I understand they were available in 1500's in late 97 and 98, but were very rare. They are much more common in the 2500. My CCSB came as a Silverado with Leather, AC, Cruise, PW, PL, Remote entry and etc.
