Bouncy Idle, Eventually Dies 94 Chevy Pickup

So it only bounces when at operating Temp, i changed the plug and wires seems to idle smoother with not so drastic idle bounces, but now when i drive it and step on the gas to go it kinda bogs down, and makes a popping noise

Next step is to confirm fuel pressure.
