Bed Crossmember repair help

So im getting ready to do my body lift in a couple weeks but my bed cross members are rotted very bad. Asid from buying factory replacements does anyone know of a way i can fix them cheap and fairly easy?

dito.... just buy some end caps for them to help them last because ya cannt really paint the insides all the way thru
