anyone have pics and a write up for a true cold air intake

looking to actually run some piping and stuff for a true cold air intake not under the hood by the engine actually sucking hot air.

you don't really need one. your stock intake does just fine.

Factory intake works great, no need to modify.

Your other option is a snorkel kit if that is what you were talking about.

As long as you have the tube from your factory intake to the fender, It is sucking cold air.

Factory intake should handle up to about 300hp, but if you really want an aftermarket one, Volant makes a closed box intake that has a lager smooth tube and still draws from the fender
