The P0135 is probably going to be a bad oxygen sensor, especially if you didn't have that code before replacing it. I would return it (or swap the corresponding bank sensor) and see if that resolves it or moves the code to the other bank. I had the same issue with a brand new Delco sensor.

Here are the diagnostics for the P0174 for a 1998 350, maybe it will help...

ok Im sharing how my problem was resolved after replacing almost all the sensors and fuel crab and ecm to no avail this what happened . i took the truck to get transmission rebuilt and thats when it started to run like crap,so what does the trans have to do with it running poor lol apparently when the trans was removed by tranny shop and rebuilt and reinstalled the brain trust had enough slack in o2 wires to swap left and right bank o2 wires causing it to run like crap
