Lowered with 3" lowered tubular lower A-arms and shackles and springs in the rear. I would like to go lower in the back, but not willing to notch the frame yet on a 49,000 miles truck. Any opinions on shocks extensions in the rear ?

So what is your total amount of drop in the rear? Anything more than 4" will need a notch or you will be banging the frame with the rear end. Any brand shock extension will do what you want it to do. I would stay with the main brands like DJM or Belltech.

Yeah pretty much stuck at that level of drop until you want to notch the frame. I would definitely look into adding a set of shock extensions. It will make the ride a lot better. If you are pretty handy with tools/welder, Sewlow has a great write up that he can send you if you pm him.
