You'd need resistors to dial them down, and its not guaranteed to do it then...

Yeah it could be done, but it would take a little work, I would also wire in a little potentiometer.

My gauge LEDs dim, just not as smoothly as the incandescent bulbs. I have white LEDs in my Cadillac's courtesy lights and they dim when they turn off. Again, they don't dim as smoothly as incandescents, but they do dim.

Have some good news and some bad news

the good news is Im picking up two more steels tomorrow from jeff's88silverado

the bad news is that we wont have the shopped cleared out to drop the truck until after the new year, but that will give me time to get tires and have my paint my wheels
