yes you should still be able to pull codes that were stored that turn the check engine light on

and i tried the local autozone for some of the lights for the parking lights and they didnt have any in the type i need...any suggestions on where to get them online?

ok i have a question...im removing the bed and i only found six bolts, On my other trucks I have removed eight. Is this correct or am I looking over them?

Also I have started debadging the truck

Was your old truck a long bed? That may mean the difference

no my last ext cab was a short bed and my reg cab was a short bed...both had eight

short beds have 8 bolts that hold them on to the frame. If you have less, then you are missing some bolts.

ok, so I found 7 and 8. But the one on the driver side is between the gas tank and the frame. How do I get that one? Its the only thing holding the bed on right now
