i have those same alve covers and that same crappy not really a cold air intake that i ripped off and made an open element!

Yeah the Cold Air Intake is not that great but I'm doing a few things to it to make it a little bit better. Probably going to paint the tbi hat and wrap the tube in header wrap, probably make a heat shield for it as well.

i took the tube off and shoved a 4" k&N on the end, i kept breaking the damn mount and nothing was holding that thing together when id hit a bump or anything.

Got 2 1000w 10's for the truck with a small 200w amp for $50, hits pretty good for what it is.

Other than that not much else is going on. Did get a set of bumpers from my dad that he had laying around, so that'll probably be next on the list.

Did some looking under the truck today and figured out why the ride height in the back from side to side it 2" difference (34" on DR rear 36.5" on PS rear)
The DR side shock is collapsed and the PS side shock is stuck all the way open. What kinda shocks should I get to replace them, Gas or Hydraulic shocks?
