89 gmc 5.3 swap help!

I have an 89 gmc 5.7 5 speed 4x4 i want to drop a 5.3 in it and leave it as a standard. Any help would be. Muchh apreciated thanks!

This what i gathered when i was thinking about putting a 5.3. I went with a 6.0 instead wich uses a dfferent pilot bearing
