Will the 7.4 Vortec powersteering pump swap onto the 5.7 Vortec?

Yes. Bear in mind the reservoir will likely be different assuming big block had hydroboost and small block did not. In this case, the big block unit would also be a higher output pump.

It's on a truck that I want to pull the hydraboost off of
