6” BDS lift - rear 1998 k1500

I know these trucks sit 2” lower in the front end. To get it level would 2” shackles get me there or would I need to get smaller blocks in the back?

I would go with smaller blocks unless you like vibrations

Tall blocks then lowering shackles would give axle wrap and mess up the pinion angle.

Maybe like 3” blocks? I wonder if I’d have to change shocks. Current ones fit 5” lift

Appears there is some sort of lift in the rear already. Get some pics of existing shackles and axle blocks so we can guess easier.

Rear shackles do work but it takes longer to install especially if you live up north
