1997 Tahoe 192,000 miles. I've only had the truck since the winter when it used to really clack bad on startup. It's gotten better with the warmer temperatures. I've since switched to Rotella t6 5w-40 from Mobile 1 HM 10w-30 and it seemed to quiet it down. It has good oil pressure and the noise is only present at idle, not when you rev it up. There is some clicking from the left bank of lifters, but that's not the noise that bothers me. It's present warm or cold. It almost sounds like a diesel. You can really hear it well in the video when I put the camera underneath the truck. Thoughts?
