4x4 Electrical Issue

I'm hoping one of you guys can give me an idea on what my problem could be or where to start looking..

So my 4WD fuse blows everytime I turn the ignition on, whether the truck is in 4WD or 2WD. I replaced the front diff actuator and it didn't solve anything.

I'm guessing a grounded wire, but where do I start looking?
