4l80e issues, advice?

.....and get this, I put it in reverse leavin work today, and it was shaking horribly, like its shifting in and out of gear, the entire time I was backing out of my space. No other problems on the way home. Pick up the family and head to the park and it starts slipping in drive, a lot. Start heading home and round a corner and it starts slamming gears again nice and firm like it did after I changed the fluid.....

So I'm starting to order the rebuild parts tonight LOL.
