4L80 to NV4500 swap?

I recently found a gold mine of parts within two trucks from a guy and 1 of them has a NV4500 in it. I was wondering how difficult it would be to swap out my 4L80 in my 94 2500 ECLB 4x4 for the NV4500. Any good info or advise would be appreciated.

Anyway, if you've got the donor truck and you get EVERYTHING manual trans specific it is a bolt in process. A little wiring, a change in tuning, and you're golden.
